Here is how the birthday and team parties at Kicks Café work
We are located upstairs in the BMO Soccer Centre. Before going on the field, the kids can drop off gifts and other things at the café. We will put them in a corner when you all return off the field. Also, you have to book the field for an hour through BMO Soccer Centre website, and then reach out to us to book the café for an hour.
Also, we're not allowed food and drink from outside except birthday cake.
When you come back from the field, the party starts. We'll screen off the café seating area for the kids (there is only seating for 40 people). The café will remain open to customers in the facility, but they will not have access to the seats.
The kids will have access to our foosball machine and our arcade game.
We do not have decorations – we suggest that you bring balloons as an inexpensive way to decorate quickly.
We have three options which include the food and drink costs:
Option 1
$12 per child(Plus, $35 for space service charge), tax included: Kids get served a bag of chips first, then a slice of pizza and a pack of juice.

Saturday to Sunday: 7am to 12am $130.00 + $19.50 (HST) = $149.50
Option 2
$14 per child (Plus $25 for space service charge), tax included: Kids get served a bag of chips, a slice of pizza, and a mini-smoothie (9oz, strawberry banana or tropical mango).
*Small Smoothies are not on the regular menu, only for party !

If it is a big party, a parent might have to send the kids up to the counter in small groups.
And if you want a specific type of pizza, please let us know ahead of time. We generally serve cheese or pepperoni for the kids. If you want something other than pizza, just let us know because we have a full kitchen. Also, let us know if you have any kids with allergies – we can find something for them

We offer soccer-themed 1/4 slab cakes for $50(Included Tax). If you want to bring your own cake instead, that is also just fine. Please bring it to us ahead of time so we can put it in the refrigerator. If you are bringing your own cake, please make sure to bring plates, napkins, candles, and a lighter! After the party is over, we appreciate it if the parents and kids can help clean up, but we will take care of most of it.
You can pay at the end at the cash register. There is no minimum number of kids, but our minimum charge is $115(plus, book a field rental through https://www.rectimes.app/bmosoccercentre/). The total will be the amount per child. There is no need for a deposit, but you will be responsible to pay after you have been booked unless you cancel at least one week in advance. You can pay at the cash register at the café after the party - we prefer cash but you are welcome to pay with debit. Also, note – please make sure that Kicks Café has confirmed your booking by email or text message.
A simple request for a time and day does not count as a booking – we will email/text you telling you that you have been booked.
